I came back to La Paz just for fast and bus connection to Chile because of visa formalites, but during that 20 hours could had time to buy a little more stuff, to meet Ilya Zakatov (like me this guy travelling around Sudamerica by cycle, but from the south to Caracas) and to take some photos on the streets.
