Looks like Puno is the cheapest town in Peru, for example near a port is it possible to find a nice lunch for a 50 cents approx. Last days of October - Puno's people's celebrating a Dia de Los Muertos. Didn't get why they cook pancakes with human faces but ate a lot and it was better than Russian orthodox kulich. And sure, Titicaca the lake. Still right blue, still pretty cold. Also, there were lots of tourists and special expensive touristic places, Kamizaraki Pub, for example. I like places like good old pubs or maybe European cafes (English beans, hot chocolate, etc.) on one hand and cheapest areas for local people on another one. It's a special pleasure to drift along and walk about space between these things. The first week of November - a Puno Town Day, but I decided didn't stay for it. It was necessary to go to the border-crossing point, a Bolivian visa's available for entry at first 30 days after been issued and no one hour more.
